Businesses finally warming to 3G

A report from TeliaSonera showing that 85% of businesses in the country expect to be using 3G services within the next three years will no doubt have drawn a collective sigh of relief from beleaguered UMTS licensees across Europe. Around a third of managers estimate they will use next-generation mobile services on a daily basis, with e-mail access and internet browsing rating highest in the list of useful applications.
