New CDMA450 platform for Ericsson

Swedish equipment supplier Ericsson has launched its new 450MHz cdma2000 solution that supports 1xEV-DV services. The company already provides solutions supporting 1X and 1xEV-DO services, and has launched the new offering as part of its plan to improve its range of services and coverage. cdma2000 in the 450MHz band is particularly beneficial for rural networks.
