TDC to take full control of Telmore

Danish telco TDC has reached an agreement with the shareholders of web-based mobile telephony reseller Telmore to acquire the 80% of the company it does not already own. TDC will pay DKK299 million (USD40 million) plus a dividend for 2003 to take full control of the company.
