Belcel launches 3G under Diallog banner

Mobile operator Belcel has begun offering 3G services under the brand name Diallog. The cellco, which has been developing the service since February this year, only launched the Diallog banner in June. Around 50% of the country’s urban population have access to Belcel’s 3G network.
