Ericsson ‘three’ facing spying charges

Ericsson employees Afshin Bavand (46), Mansour Rokkgireh (44) and Alireza Rafiei Bejarkenari (40) have been formally charged with spying, for having allegedly passed secret information on the company to Russian intelligence. Bavand faces a charge of gross espionage and industrial espionage, while the other two have been charged with complicity in industrial espionage.
