4 Apr 2003

Chilean telco Manquehue Net, on the other hand, saw its net loss double in 2002 to CLP23.7 billion, although revenues grew by around 7% to CLP29 billion. The company has said it will limit customer growth to around 10% during 2003 in a bid to make use of some of its 20,000 idle lines. At the end of 2002 it had around 70,000 customers, and a 6% share of the broadband market.
