Wireless market will worsen in 2003, according to Gartner

Research company Gartner says the outlook for the wireless market in 2003 has worsened and spending will fall by up to 10%. Its prognosis is decidedly gloomier than the 1%-2% drop predicted in December and racks up the pressure on carriers which have been hoping for good news from the sector to offset the general telecoms spending malaise.
